Board approves consent agenda and April financial reports, motions pass unanimously

Frank Caliguiri moved, and Nancy Hancock seconded, to approve the consent agenda; the motion carried 7-0. The Board President acknowledged receipt of the April 2025 schedule of bills (WN-38, WN-39 and WN-40), the Budget Status Report for April 2025, the Accounts Receivable Report for April 2025, and accepted the Claims Audit Report for April 2025.
The Board also approved proposed General Fund budget transfers as presented and accepted the enrollment projection for April 2025. These actions were taken during the consent-agenda portion of the meeting and require no further Board action unless otherwise noted.
