Assistant Principal Michael Gordon presented the principal/director report at the Oct. 21 meeting, reporting that "For the month of September we had an FTE of 105." He noted continued referral activity from local districts (32 packets since the last meeting) and described the Stonybrook Incubator partnership'which the minutes say is being expanded by adding a third day.
Gordon also outlined plans for PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) kickoff to introduce behavior incentives and reminded the board that Harvest-fest is scheduled for next week.
The report concluded with a general assessment that the district is "off to a really great start" for the school year, per the minutes.
