The Little Flower Union Free School District Board voted unanimously on April 23 to amend its Oct. 21, 2024 minutes to show a previously omitted ARP late‑liquidation consent agenda item, and then approved the ARP Late Liquidation Request proposal scope and cost of work.
Board member Frank Caliguiri moved the approval of the ARP liquidation plan scope and cost; Marie Adsitt seconded, and the motion "carried 7–0." The amendment to the minutes was adopted by the board as part of new business prior to the ARP approval.
