Keene water superintendent seeks $4,000 valve‑exerciser, reports WD#2 engineering award and April billing

Li told the board the 2025 water bills have been printed and will be mailed April 1, and reminded members to direct billing questions to the Water Superintendent. The written report adds that Keene rates increased this year while Keene Valley rates remained the same except for a $1 increase in Debit Service.
