Board approves phone transfer, stipend and court security contract pending attorney review

Supervisor Brownell presented an intermunicipal agreement with the Seneca County Sheriff’s Department to provide court security for an hourly fee; he said the contract had been sent to the town’s lawyer for review. The board moved to accept the contract contingent on Attorney Graf’s approval and county agreement, and the motion passed unanimously.
