District facilities reports progress on roofs, HVAC, elevators and upcoming bids

Anderson described a JAG athletic improvement project (curb and gutter 95% complete), epoxy flooring accomplishments, and an upcoming preconstruction conference for the JAG elevator renovation that will also upgrade fire alarm coverage in the building. He said a detailed electrical update pushed the JAG field house bid to Sept. 1 to allow the electrical engineer to update submittals.
Board members asked clarifying questions about project sequencing and disruption mitigation during in‑school work. Anderson said crews are coordinating to minimize classroom disruption and anticipate phased work to avoid broad interruptions to students.
