Director Sarah Osburn reviewed a list of prior unfunded requisitions that remain outside the proposed FY2026–27 base budget. The list includes an oil truck, street sweeper, fire truck, north fire station repairs, a mini excavator, skid steer, water-line repairs on lake bridges, a mobile screw press and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) design, plus two full-time utilities positions and a part-time library position.
