Richard Musto of 37 Bellevue Ave raised concerns about the hazardous use of electric bikes in town, saying he feared they "will cause accidents or injuries." Police Chief McAteer responded that the department "recently underwent training for electric bike and scooter safety," described helmet and registration rules, and encouraged residents to report problems so they can be documented and acted on.
