Quebec delegate says softwood lumber and aluminum tariffs are raising prices and constraining trade

He said those tariffs raise prices for housing and manufacturing, and urged federal trade representatives to specify the United States' intended direction so provinces can respond. He also invited reporters to seek details from federal trade representatives for formal negotiating positions.
