She recommended the commission adopt the resolution approving the state-funded grant agreement and authorize the expenditure of $872,279.38 for the project, which includes a city match of $342,279.38 to be paid from the infrastructure fund.

"The city has received state appropriations funding in the amount of $530,000 for the design and permitting of the Northeast 28th Street bridge," Jennifer O. said as she explained the package and next steps for contract execution and reimbursement.
