On Aug. 10, 2026, the Brownsboro ISD Board of Trustees approved a multi-item consent agenda that included minutes of the July 13 regular meeting, monthly tax collections and financial reports, a budget amendment, the Student Code of Conduct and the Cheerleader Handbook. The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Larry Tedford and seconded by Fred Griffin; all trustees voted in favor.
The board also approved the district's 2026–27 T‑TESS (Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System) calendar. The calendar sets appraisal periods from Aug. 12, 2026, to May 27, 2027; teacher orientation must be completed Aug. 5–21, 2026; formal observations begin Sept. 14, 2026, with mid‑year conferences Dec. 14, 2026–Feb. 5, 2027, and end‑of‑year activities completed by May 27, 2027. The board approved a list of certified teacher appraisers as presented.
