Board warned state reduction plans could force next-year cuts despite no immediate reductions

"This was a, homework for ODE. It's not what's gonna happen," Moore said of the renditions, adding that the next steps include an economic forecast due this week and further congressional and legislative committee work before January. He said that while nothing will be cut this school year, reductions could be enacted for the following school year and the district is monitoring developments and communicating with legislators about local impacts.
