Board approves auditor name change to ClearTrail CPAs

The board reviewed and approved an administrative update to the district's auditor name. Presenter Martin Moore explained that the audit firm's partners had split and that the division handling school audits is now operating as ClearTrail CPAs; he said the firm performs roughly 60 school audits a year in Oregon.
"They the partners in it have split the company. They're they're still working together, but it split the company. They're the one that's handling school audits," Moore said while asking the board to approve the name change. The motion to accept the updated auditor name was moved, seconded, and carried by the board.
