Board members voted to accept the bids to the record and asked staff and the climate-smart task force to return at the next meeting with an analysis of lifecycle costs, projected credits and deadlines tied to bid validity. The supervisor said if there is a deadline on either quote the board may convene a special meeting; otherwise the board will review side‑by‑side information and select a vendor later.
