Committee clears engineering invoices and approves $21,500 proposal for RRA/ERP updates

The committee also approved a proposal with Strand Associates not to exceed $21,500 for Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) and Emergency Response Plan (ERP) updates. Director Joe Smith noted that "This report is mandated by federal law when you have a population over 3,000," and said the cost is in the budget.
