At its July 20 meeting the Overland City Council approved a set of routine resolutions and contracts recorded as R2026-38 through R2026-48. Items approved included records scheduled for destruction (R2026-38), a winter deicing salt contract (R2026-39), security camera contracts for city parks (R2026-40), approval of liquor licenses (R2026-41, with one abstention by Councilwoman Requejo), a municipal park grant for a concert stage (R2026-42), playground surface replacement at Mort Jacob Park (R2026-43), a negotiated procurement for a retaining wall at Mort Jacobs Park (R2026-44), professional financial auditing services (R2026-45), diesel fuel and gasoline contracts (R2026-46), acceptance of an MSHP HIDTA subaward (R2026-47), and a NovaChip streets contract for FY2026/2027 (R2026-48).
Council members moved and seconded each resolution and recorded roll-call votes for each item as part of the meeting minutes; the motions carried.
