The council moved and seconded the measure, and roll call returned all ayes; the motion carried.
The contract language also includes a clause permitting either party to cancel after 90 days, a change discussed during the presentation. The council did not request additional changes at the meeting; the motion to submit the updated contract passed on the council floor.
