Trustee Otis Holley moved to approve the $12,500 road extension; the motion was seconded by Ken Vrazsity and recorded as passed. During discussion, the board assured public attendees that final payment on the overall wastewater project is being withheld until outstanding work is completed; the project’s original completion date had been Oct. 14 and an extension will be needed.
