Treasurer reports autopays of $3,923.85 and unpaid bills of $6,346.82 to finance committee

Treasurer Mrs. Yocum reviewed the MidAmerica account balances, CD balances and the Profit and Loss statement and highlighted near-term obligations.
She reported that autopayments scheduled between Nov. 1 and Nov. 15 total $3,923.85 and that unpaid bills on the ledger amount to $6,346.82. Those figures were presented to the committee before motions were made to pay the bills and authorize transfers.
Following the report, the committee approved the payments and transfers by recorded vote. The minutes list the motions as moved by Alderman Scharping and seconded by Alderman Lynch with votes recorded as "all Aye's."
