7 Brew under construction; CMAP survey draws 173 responses; Tropical Smoothie and 8001 Edgewater updates

The report said the 8001 Edgewater project is progressing with leasing signs installed and a phased opening anticipated later this fall (SEG 032). Separately, Tropical Smoothie submitted a build-out permit for the former T-Mobile space in the Brixmoor shopping center (SEG 033). These items were presented as departmental attachments; no board action on these development items was recorded at the July 13 meeting.
