The Village of Davis board voted Dec. 9, 2025 to authorize consulting assistance from Fehr Graham for an update to the village zoning ordinance. Steve reported he met with Fehr Graham and obtained sample ordinances from Lena and Monroe; Fehr Graham proposed a time-and-materials arrangement with a high-limit cap of $10,000. Mike Wise moved to accept the proposal and Brittney Kunz seconded; the motion carried.
