Andrew Workinger reported he had met with the vendor (identified in minutes only as a quote) and noted that some trees would need trimming before cameras could achieve the intended views; Public Works lead Jeff Kluck was asked to clear branches as needed. Otis Holley moved to approve the camera quote plus battery backup, seconded by Ken Vrazsity; minutes record the motion carried.
