City Clerk Larissa Wilson said she was awarded a scholarship for the CCMFOA conference and that she will cover hotel costs up front to be reimbursed by the state. She reported arrival of a new copier and listed recent supply orders including rabies gloves and exhaust fans for the trash-truck bay.
Larissa told the council an animal-impound facility invoice came in $250 above the original quote; she emailed the contractor (Gabe) asking him to honor the original price. Koleson Hubbard moved and Brandon Kuhn seconded that the city pay the additional $250 if the contractor will not honor the original quote; the motion carried 4-0.
