The fiscal plan amendment (55-26) was moved by Daniel J. Schmitt and seconded by Tyrone E. Nelson; the consolidated-plan authorization (56-26) was moved by Misty D. Roundtree and seconded by Jody K. Rogish. The transcript records that no members of the public spoke in opposition and both items were approved unanimously. The Consolidated Plan and Action Plan paperwork will be handled by the County Manager under the signatory authority granted by the board.
