The resolution included a formal pledge that "the City of Colton shall provide a minimum of 20% of the total cost of the project; and will assume all responsibility in the operation and maintenance of the project upon completion of construction."
City staff and the Banner Associates packet materials referenced RTP program deadlines in April and explained the range of eligible trail improvements. Council asked staff to move forward with the application and to return with more detailed project scopes and cost estimates if the city is shortlisted for funding.
