Council approves multi-item consent agenda including contracts for housing agent and pool snack bar

The agenda also authorized a contract award for the Tenafly Municipal Pool snack bar and a change order for Hudson Avenue milling and paving (NJDOT project).
Councilmembers recorded unanimous support for the consent agenda on the roll-call vote. Staff will proceed with contract execution and administrative steps required to implement the approved items.
