CPDC withdraws and re-notices 281 Main Street project, continues hearing to Sept. 14

Commission leadership said outstanding items must be completed before final action. Chair (commission leadership) summarized the list of required follow-ups that must accompany the refiled application: the conservation commission sign-off on stormwater, a finalized engineering memo, a tightened photometric lighting plan, and decision language restricting basement use to storage. The commission then voted to continue the hearing to Sept. 14 to allow those materials to be delivered.
The continuation vote was taken by roll call with commissioners registering affirmative votes. "We'll continue it to September 14," the chair declared after the roll call. The continuation gives the applicant time to finalize peer-review responses and for staff to assemble the remaining departmental reports before the commission issues any substantive decisions.
