Town Manager Chauncey McCarthy reported that mag‑chloride road treatment is complete and that a waterline crossing is scheduled for August or September. The board recorded no dissent and the pavilion contract agreement was accepted as staff‑directed action to proceed to contracting.
The manager also reported that Silver Creek work is proceeding pending EPA review and that sewer design documents are included in the meeting packet. The minutes record no cash‑flow concerns for the town. Staff will bring contract documents and project timelines back to the board as required.
