The WEDC board on June 8 recorded two formal motions during a short special meeting in Lyons.
Kenneth VanFleet moved to approve a resolution authorizing a loan modification for Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund loan 6000-01 to the Wayne County Regional Land Bank to reallocate funds toward petroleum remediation at Canal Street parcels. Julie DiLella seconded; the minutes record, "All present approved." Present members were Chair David Fantuzzo, Kenneth VanFleet, Julie DiLella and Kaye Stone-Gansz, yielding a 4-0 vote in favor.
Later the board took a procedural vote to adjourn after Mr. VanFleet moved and Ms. Stone-Gansz seconded; the meeting was adjourned by Chair David Fantuzzo at 9:14 A.M. The minutes list the next WEDC meeting as Monday, June 15, 2026 at 9:10 A.M.
