Public Works says crews are repairing potholes, asks board to spread the word

Terrell Hughes, Henrico County's Director of Public Works, briefed the Board after the meeting's reconvening that crews have been responding to pothole reports across the county and have made repairs on VDOT roads. "He noted they have made some repairs to VDOT roads due to the response and encouraged the Board to let the community know how they can respond to pothole repairs throughout the County," Hughes said.
Hughes asked supervisors to help publicize the county's avenues for reporting potholes and to encourage residents to use those channels so crews can prioritize and respond. The Board did not take any formal action; the update was informational and staff will continue routine pothole response.
