Board discusses recycling building, senior-center activity and watershed grants, then adjourns

"If there's no further business, I make a motion to adjourn," a supervisor said; the board seconded and approved the motion.
The meeting adjourned and the board recessed to its next scheduled meeting on Oct. 28, 2025.
