One supervisor proposed a plan of "$25 a year for 3 years" (transcript phrasing) — the consensus at the meeting was to proceed with a rewritten agreement covering three years so payments could be made from the budgeted funds.
Staff did not take final action to expend funds at the meeting; they agreed to have the agreement rewritten and to ensure future board authorization for payments under the new agreement.
