County staff told supervisors that an initial estimate of about $100,000 for the Courthouse alley project could increase to approximately $125,000 after survey work identified the need to update a handicap parking spot to meet ADA standards. The Auditor's Office advised supervisors to compare FY26 actuals against budgeted amounts as part of project planning.
The board approved DO-16 Bridge plans related to the project. Secondary Roads staff will revert to 8-hour workdays beginning in early September, according to meeting notes. No funding appropriation beyond publication of the FY27 Budget Amendment #1 public notice was recorded at the meeting.
