Rachel England nominated Otting for board president; roll-call votes showed Otting abstained while England, Nehrig and Waller voted in favor and the nomination carried as recorded by the minutes.
Board members also filled other officer roles: Nehrig nominated Waller for vice president and England nominated Fowler for treasurer; England was later nominated and approved as secretary. The board approved a revised agenda removing Student Accolades from Recognition on a motion by England supported by Waller.
