The Mason Consolidated Schools Board entered two closed sessions during the Feb. 4 meeting. The first, under "Section 8(1)(h) To consider material exempt from discussion or disclosure by state or federal statute," was entered on a motion by Waller, supported by Grodi; roll call votes were all recorded as 'Yes.' The second closed session, under "Section 8(1)(a) To consider dismissal, suspension, or discipline of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, or to consider a periodic personnel evaluation of, a public officer, employee, staff member, or individual agent," was entered on a motion by Grodi, supported by Waller.
