On a unanimous motion (mover Jose Moreno, second Ramon Cisneros) the board approved renewal of the Conditional Will‑Serve letter.
The board recorded no supplementary conditions in the motion beyond approving the renewed letter; staff will continue to coordinate with the County on required public improvements as the project advances.
