Pixley PUD to seek plans before issuing will-serve letter for Park Village expansion

District Engineer Maija Madec told the board that Park Village at 782 North Park Drive currently receives service for 91 tiny homes plus a clubhouse, pool, permanent restrooms, showers and a laundry facility, and that connection fees for the previously served spaces have already been paid. The new owner has requested reactivation of two lots and service for 33 additional units; P&P recommended issuing a Conditional Will-Serve letter but the board asked staff to obtain the owner’s plans and to determine whether the owner desires a single master meter rather than nine individual meters before finalizing the letter.
Office Manager Amanda Rodari identified Martain Jaimes as the new property manager and provided the property-owner contact (DRZ LLC/Dan Witt) for staff outreach. The board did not approve issuance of the letter that night, directing Maija Madec to contact the owner for plans and bring the matter back for review.
