Trustee Chambers moved to approve the purchase "per the quote dated February 12, 2026 ... quote number 000578, not to exceed $1,100.00"; Trustee Ziegler seconded and the motion passed on a roll-call vote with all trustees voting yes. The supplier quote in the packet lists a Quote Total (including tax) of $1,142.13; the minutes record the board motion's $1,100 cap. The clerk and procurement staff should confirm final invoice and any required payment adjustments.
