Royse City ISD approves consent agenda; several policy updates and interlocal agreements pass
Summary
The board approved the consent agenda (except the Book Consideration List, which was tabled), adopted Policy BE Local and Policy Update 127, and approved a Region VII ESC purchasing cooperative interlocal agreement and Lone Star Investment Pool representatives.
At the June 22 meeting the Royse City ISD board approved the consent agenda with the exception of the RCISD Book Consideration List (Item G), which the board tabled to the July meeting. The approved consent items included minutes, monthly financial reports, an approved vendor list, budget amendment reports, and purchases over $100,000 in accordance with board policy CH Local.
The board approved Policy BE Local and Policy Update 127 (Legal/Local) covering a set of local policies (BJCF, CAA, DC, DH, DP, DPA, DPB, EHBB, FFF). The board also approved a Region VII Education Service Center Purchasing Cooperative interlocal agreement and authorized additional representatives for the Lone Star Investment Pool; all motions passed 7-0.
Board members recorded roll-call votes for approval of these consent and policy items during the meeting.
