Marlborough says EV charging station is functional after Central Hudson hookup, Lynkwell dashboard activation

Town officials told the board that the newly installed electric vehicle charging station is now connected and available for public use pending final training. Deputy Supervisor/Councilman Appler Jr. reported that "Central Hudson completed the final hook up for the charging station" and that Lynkwell will provide training. The Highway Department installed parking-only signage and will work with Central Hudson to install lighting.
CAC Chair Mici Simonofsky later confirmed Lynkwell texted that "the dashboard is functional, the Lynkwell account is operational," and said the installation means residents "should now have access to these quick charging stations." Lynkwell and Central Hudson remain involved in final setup steps; the board did not set a formal opening date at the meeting.
