The Madisonville CISD Board of Trustees met on Feb. 9, 2026, at the district administration board room. During regular business the board approved several facilities and personnel actions. On a motion by Dr. Jason Cleere, seconded by Bo Williams, the board approved resurfacing the district tennis courts in excess of $50,000. The board also accepted substantial completion of the high-school public-address system and approved multiple contract renewals and personnel recommendations, all by unanimous vote. The meeting included a closed session under the Texas Government Code; the board reconvened in open session and took action on personnel items. The meeting adjourned at 8:07 PM.
