Business Manager Kelley Terry reviewed both November and December financials and notified trustees that the district will not receive a Foundation Payment from December through March. She said the district has done well in keeping expenses to a minimum to respond to that temporary shortfall.
Terry presented tax collections and accounts payable data for the two months and recommended continued attention to expenditures while revenue timing is affected. No board action was taken at the presentation; the board later accepted the independent audit and other consent items.
