Pavlich said the relocation and re‑dedication were conditions of the site's prior site‑plan approval and will be followed by a subsequent dedication of a new easement. The board read the vacation ordinance (Bill 15‑2025) and the dedication ordinance (Bill 16‑2025) by title and approved both on second reading with unanimous votes.
Staff told the board construction on the related building is expected to begin within the next couple of weeks. The actions resolve the storm‑water routing required by the approved site plan and allow the developer to proceed under the city's established conditions.
