At the Sept. 9 meeting the Town Board adopted Resolution #71 to reappoint Ralph Walters to the Board of Assessment Review effective Oct. 1, 2024, with a term ending Sept. 30, 2029. The vote was recorded as: Councilwoman Sessa yes; Councilman Cauchi yes; Councilman Zambito yes; Supervisor Corcoran yes; Councilman Molinelli absent.
The board also passed Resolution #72 to amend the town's fixed-assets useful-life schedule to list drones at five years/60 months. Finally, Resolution #73 authorized release of maintenance security in the amount of $89,127.00 to Regency Meadow View LLC for Meadow View Drive and Clover Court after the town superintendent of highways inspected the roads and found them acceptable, citing section 130-5(B) of the Town code. Each resolution carried with the same recorded yes votes and one absence noted.
