Board Appoints Lisa Vernon to Minocqua Public Library Board of Trustees

The Minocqua Board of Supervisors on June 21 approved the appointment of Lisa Vernon as the MHLT representative to the Minocqua Public Library Board of Trustees. Chairman Mark Hartzheim introduced Vernon as a replacement for a previously appointed representative who could not fulfill the position.
Library Director Kelly Raddatz said Vernon would be a positive addition, stating, "Vernon is a great addition to the Board." Supervisor Brian Fricke moved and Supervisor Erika Petersen seconded the appointment; the motion carried by voice vote. The appointment fills the board’s vacancy for the library representative and will be reflected in the library board’s roster going forward.
