At its Aug. 11 meeting, the Goose Creek City Council approved an ordinance to amend the official city zoning map for several TMS parcels on Berkeley Farms Road, placing roughly 36.27 acres into Planned Development.
Mayor (speaker 1) described the change as combining parcels and said, "this will be a really good development and we appreciate the work that he's doing on" the project. No members of the public spoke during the public hearing. Council moved, seconded and carried the ordinance by voice vote.
The action changes the zoning classification of multiple addresses on Berkeley Farms Road to Planned Development and was presented to council as a public hearing with no recorded opposition.
