The committee did not make a procurement decision during the meeting; the item was recorded for follow‑up and possible inclusion in future budget discussions. Trustees present were Trustee John Michener, Trustee Marshall and Trustee Fruit; Village Clerk Leslie Scidmore was asked elsewhere on the agenda to provide transaction detail reports for budget review.
