Rogers County approves three utility permits for ONG and Cox Communications

The Rogers County Board of County Commissioners approved three utility permits at its Aug. 3 meeting. The permits are recorded as UT-P-26-72 (ONG crossing near Redbud Drive) and two Cox Communications permits, UT-P-26-73 (parallel E. 390 Rd near S. 4040 Rd) and UT-P-26-75 (parallel E. 410 Rd near Hwy 66). Motions were made and seconded by the commissioners present and each permit was approved by roll call.
Each permit in the minutes includes the legal description of the crossing or parallel location (sections, township and range) as part of the permit language. The minutes show unanimous aye votes by Commissioners DeLozier and Burrows; Commissioner Steve Hendrix was noted absent at roll call.
