Planning Commission Confirms June 3 Work Meeting Will Proceed

At the start of the May 20 meeting Director of Community Development Niall Connolly addressed an agenda item asking the commission to cancel its June 3, 2026 work meeting. Connolly reported that a Design Development Review is scheduled for June 3, so staff could not cancel the meeting as proposed.
Commissioners recorded their understanding and proceeded with the agenda. The commission also approved the March 4, 2026 meeting minutes by unanimous vote during the consent agenda before adjourning at 6:24 p.m.
