Planning commission amends agenda to continue 812 Green Street housing item and approves consent minutes

Commissioner Fiscollin moved to approve the agenda as amended and the commission carried the motion. The commission then approved the consent calendar, which included the July 14 and July 28 minutes; one commissioner abstained because they said they had not attended the referenced meetings.
